- the_only_law 6y agoI remember popping into r/WSB towards the end of the first wave of GME stuff and it seemed to be nothing more that what’s described on reddit as a “circlejerk”. It was also interesting to see a dozen different spin-offs when searching for it. Maybe it was like that before but everything felt forced and unnatural as if the new users were attempting to “fit in” by imitating the culture and vocabulary.
