  Is that universally true? Especially given its the second largest cloud computing platform in North America (if not the world)

    Yes. The only people who like Azure are managers that get bonuses for their stupid contracts. Azure is not built for engineers. All of their offerings, especially the automation and tooling, are vastly inferior to AWS and GCP
