What does "moral diabetes" mean?

  I think probably "moral" in the sense that it's not considered your fault to have type 1 diabetes. Type 2 is brought on by poor diet and exercise so it is the "immoral" version. Though I think the science on what drives hunger cravings and "willpower" and fat storage this leading to obesity is still in its infancy.
