I don't get where you are pointing at. It's already illegal to call vegan alternatives for example "oat milk" (in EU). By now, you could not even "evoke" milk, such as "non-dairy", "not-milk", "as milk", "milky", all would be forbidden.

My point is that this is not censorship, just a prohibition of misleading labeling.
