Not really, you can still choose to have whatever views, you can walk into the town square and shout your views, you can pass out flyers, you can do a lot. You can still vote for whom you want, without telling everyone, you can run for office, you can start a petition, etc. The newspaper was never forced to print whether was sent in. A book publisher never had to publish a book they didn't want to, and a social media site isn't required to host your content. They're no political freedom being taken here.
