    Or that it stripped the President of the powers to supress an insurrection, unless voted on by congress. Or that it only gave 600 to Americans. I don't know man, there are about 5k pages of thing to object to. You picking up on some npr article seems lazy and shortsighted.

Trump quite explicitly stated in his veto his refusal to approve the bill because it did not included "an unrelated repeal of a law granting liability protections to technology companies that Trump has accused, without significant evidence, of anti-conservative bias."
