Pornhub Now Accepting Crypto Only
- levi0214 6y agoIn brief * Mastercard and Visa cut off Pornhub, declining payments from customers who wanted to subscribe to its premium adult entertainment. * The move came in response to a searing New York Times story that showed instances of children engaged in sex and women being assaulted in videos on the site. * Pornhub changed its policies to clamp down on abuse, and today said it was accepting crypto only as its default payment.

- nobody9999 6y agoApparently, they've also "suspended" 2/3 of user-uploaded content as well[0]. As for being blocked by Visa/MC, I don't frequent PornHub, so I don't understand what folks would be paying for. Storage space? "Premium" content (if that, what is that?)?
