I guess that's true, but I must say that in my direct vicinity there is a lot of anti-US sentiment, especially on their politics and culture "indoctrination" of other west countries.
I'm a student in the NL
- DarkWiiPlayer 6y agoI'm from (east) Germany and over here it's kinda mixed. Most people have a sort of passive acceptance for american cultural imports, but many also dislike large parts of it.
- effingwewt 6y agoAs an American, I hope more people see us as a warning, rather than something to aspire to. I can't even watch Shark Tank anymore (was a guilty pleasure), because I'm tired of hearing about 'the american dream'.
