- whimsicalism 6y ago> Parts of Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, Oakland, Philadelphia, etc etc etc? Yeah, I think how "sketch" the mid-atlantic cities are is mostly overrated by people afraid of black people. The mentally ill on the street are much more concerning safety-wise for me.
- rcpt 6y agoSkid row LA is unreal. I did not think that level of poverty existed in the first world. But it's pretty easy to avoid. SF seems to have more open air suffering spread throughout.
