- rglover 6y agoHe’s not the source. You making that association for others was a character attack trying to undermine the credibility of the information I posted. A common psychological manipulation tactic to distract people from valid information. - McGlockenshire 6y agoI do not know how you would be aware of Andy Ngo as a source and yet not be aware of the Proud Boys, what they do, and how they operate. - rglover 6y agoI’m aware of them by name but haven’t given much time to reading into them. I gave most of that a read. It sounds like they’ve had members with ties to white supremacy, but the group isn’t overtly white supremacist (though, they’re labeled that quite a bit). The McInnes guy who started it seemed to shy away from that stuff as did the current guy? Are there specific hate crimes they’ve committed? It sounds like most of the violence they’re involved in is focused on fist fights with Antifa types and drunken bar fights.
- jeffrom 6y agoInterestingly enough, if you read most kkk or nazi pamphlets, they also don’t refer to themselves as hate groups, murderers etc.
