- feross 6y agoThis is incorrect. In California at least, LLCs do not need to hold annual meetings.
- pnw_hazor 6y agoIt is a duck test. The more your LLC operates like a "real" company, the harder it is to pierce the veil.
- formercoder 6y agoPrecisely why I said it’s complicated. Just make sure your lawyer tells you if you’re doing everything you need to.
