So then it should be easy to explain the relevance of the ICC in this situation instead of just saying it's "highly relevant".
- sam_lowry_ 6y agoSome countries have the Universal jurisdiction [1]. The idea is that whenever the crime happens, it can be tried in the country. - 477rruruurur 6y agoThat doesn't really make the ICC relevant in a way worth acknowledging since by definition the same applies to many places at the same time.
- sam_lowry_ 6y agoEvery country that implements Universal jurisdiction can try foreigners pretty much like ICC, yep.
