I know this is an late comment and won't be seen, but I have to say 'Come and See' made me realize just how much I had in a time when I thought I was suffering. I found myself identifying with the boy, but also the soldiers who did the most horrible things ... and I realized I could be a monster under the right circumstances. I have spent my life trying to make myself not be that kind of person no matter what my circumstances were.
