- NotSammyHagar 6y agoHigh demand is still providing pretty good job security. I'm fortunate to be in the us and get paid a good bit more than if I was in another country. Many many companies want developers in the us for various safety reasons. If you do work on a generic project that could be done safely by people in other countries of course that reduces your safety.
