I agree on needing to self-isolate if symptomatic. However, an occasional sneeze or cough is impossible to distinguish from allergies- for me at least. I have to also rely on measuring fever and pay attention to other symptoms. I have to reserve the step of self-isolation for when I definitely know I am sick. So - I continue to wear a mask. It’s the one tool I can always rely on, to cover my mouth at least.
