- drewwwwww 6y agoit’s curious to me that you consider portland to be normally quiet - in the era of W and occupy it was 2nd only to Oakland on the west coast as being somewhat notorious for protest intensity, which was also worn as a badge of pride, and recently there have been several intense clashes between pro- and counter-fascist demonstrations.
