This looks really interesting. I've found the best way for me to stay focused is to just block sites via my /etc/hosts file. I'll unblock it when I'm done working and then block again at the end of the day so I'm ready to go in the morning. If I mindlessly type youtube.com in and hit a error I immediately realize I did that mindlessly and get back to work. I've been doing this for a while and it has worked every time.
