Clean start.
But why bother if you're not using it anyway?
- fwn 6y agoYou don't want to reveal the reasons for your github suspension/deletion? (I could understand if they didn't tell you. Such notices are frustratingly often deliberately uninformative.) The first time this project was discussed on HN I thought that it's not trustworthy and I believed the project description to be dishonest. That somewhat rhymes with stuff one would need to do to get suspended on github - hence my question. Then again the legal situation of paywall bypasses is pretty grey, so it's genuinely interesting to know whether github has potentially some kind of policy against it. I know you're officially not involved as you said that the first time you posted the project. An unofficial answer would be equally interesting!
- joker765 6y agoYou're head of the department of FUD? ;-) Maybe check out the capabilities of this repo instead of spreading misinformation based on a simple clean-postfix. Btw other people promoting a repo/hard fork is not allowed on GitHub, I guess.
- fwn 6y agoWhat's the "misinformation" I'm spreading? You've cloned an open source project for vague reasons, expanded the extensions permissions vastly and recently started to change the accounts hosting it. If that weren't already sketchy on it's own you insist on never really answering any question at all.
- joker765 6y agoYou clearly haven't got a clue, but why do you bother so much? You sound as paranoid as iamadamdev. Again I'm NOT magnolia1234(-new) ... He worked on the original repo first and wanted to speed up development, but got blocked in the end and started his own mirror (which got suspended). Concerning misinformation: - Clean as in no Google Analytics (on Chrome). - Firefox add-on also has limited permissions release, but then custom sites don't work. Goodluck with your fud-activities somewhere else.
