If you give up, you've already lost.
- honkycat 6y agoWorking more is not a guarantee to becoming wealthier or living a better life. And "learning a new skill" can take an interminable amount of time. Leisure time that we have less and less of as our commute get longer, due to housing costs, and as our jobs cut more and more jobs and put more and more work on individual workers. "Pull yourself up by your bootstraps!" We need to build the boots first.
