Not only do live-chat windows pop up at you, but they make an annoying, little noise as well. It is obnoxious to say the least.

- freerobby 16y agoI turned off the sound on the homepage. Most of the feedback we get from normals concerning the popups is very positive - I'd definitely recommend it at as a customer development tool.
