At 300,000 people and 8 political parties - the people still kind of ARE the state.
- bbarn 7y agoThey are an incredibly homogenous people as well, so generally, most are in favor of the same types of social programs, as they almost all benefit from them. Income inequality is incredibly low, some of the best in the world. So yes, most of the ruling class are the people.
