Depends how much you're using it, but as it's pretty much become the primary source of entertainment in our household I decided the most practical and ethical option was to just pay for it.
- wooger 7y agoNot sure this is even an option outside the US.
- mtmrmuthu 7y agoIt is available in a lot of countries. https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6307365?hl=en https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6307365?hl=en
- Benjamin_Dobell 7y agoNo doubt it's not possible everywhere, but many countries offer YouTube Red (or whatever it's called now), been paying for it bundled with Google Play Music for years (in Australia).
- gombosg 7y agoYeah... I'm doing the same for Deezer (paying for listening to streaming music) but I only use Youtube occasionally. Got fed up when YT showed 2 ads every 20 minutes in the middle of a classical music concert. I'm not expecting it to be ad-free, but expecting it to be less intrusive/annoying.
- adonese 7y agoslightly off topic I enjoy ads-free YouTube experience as I’m located in Sudan. It always surprise me the amount of ads I get when I access the internet from a different location!
