Very interesting library, I'd like to suggest another similar alternative : Rhizosphere, http://site.rhizospherejs.com http://site.rhizospherejs.com (demos at http://www.rhizospherejs.com http://www.rhizospherejs.com ). Compared with Isotope, I think it has some extra features, but also is still missing something.
