That's perfectly alright ksec. Perhaps it is not a technical problem but a people problem. Or even a system problem that turns people into lying job seekers and unreasonable employers. Perhaps another manifestation of the same phenomena that PG wrote about recently[1]. I can see why job seekers inflate their CVs. They have to do what everybody else is doing.
