Samsung Smart TVs do not take screenshots as far as I know. They do audio and video fingerprinting. - mkarliner 7y agoSo, they do video fingerprinting? To me, that means that they can identify what you are watching, which I think is what the OP was pointing out, regardless of mechanism. Mike (ex-CTO Shazam)
