I think they succeeded at getting people to talk about it[Marketing Objective Complete!]. If it makes it onto HackerNews I can only imagine how many times I'm going to have to hear about super bowl commercials in every other website I visit. I think the height of super bowl ads was Herding Cat's. After that I don't think I could ever be entertained by super bowl commercials anymore.
