- giarc 7y agoYes, everyone has a smartphone on them. My healthcare system has policies that say smartphones aren't allowed in patient care areas, but that isn't followed or enforced. Physicians definitely have phone since many use app for clinical care (there are a lot of online risk calculators, reference materials etc).
