Performing a web request to 1M targets takes a long time.
However, this is an [embarassingly parallel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Embarrassingly_parallel https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Embarrassingly_parallel) problem, and renting out some machines would speed it up.
