  "Working from home" often means "meeting with people" either at your home or, more often, at their office (or home). Which means that whilst you're somewhat unmoored from the tribulations of office real estate and commutes, you're not fully divorced from spacial reality. Cities exist for reasons, and facilitating encounters and interactions between people (and organisations) is chief among these.
