I'm in the same boat. Just checked paypal, ordered on 25th Nov 2009, refunded on 4th August 2010 but with a shortfall due to currency conversion differences so I'm basically out of pocket (admittedly only a bit) due to lack of product. As I've said previously, I actually don't even own the phone anymore that I intended to use this product with. I just hope for the sake of the company that this is the beginning of the end of their constant problems.
