Glassdoor reviews indicated their backend interview is unnecessarily difficult
Difficult for you, maybe. How else do you expect them to find the top 0.01 percent of the candidate pool they're looking for?
- brewdad 7y agoI think OP is saying the interview asked for a much greater skill level than is actually necessary to do the job. The equivalent of requiring a PhD for a job doing Bachelor's level grunt work.
- drugme 7y agoSorry, I was being facetious. I've seen this kind of screening "process" many times and find it totally ridiculous.
