  How can you enforce identity verification in the way that the terms specify? > "We reserve the right to inspect all data contained within the service for legal, compliance and for the operation of the service." > "For identity safety, we reserve the right to verify your identity, and your method of payment." > "You may not use the address to impersonate someone else." It sounds like the service is going to read a user's emails to ensure that they are not using a false identity. What if the user has a name change after buying the address, assumes a new gender identity or claims to be of one or more ethic groups? What if a user sends his/her social security number in an email? How do you compel a user to turn over personal or identifying information without breaking a lot of laws? Again, it seems like an oddly misplaced joke.
