There are two "US" pronunciations on Wiktionary. The first is much closer to the British pronunciation, which (I think) is much more deserving of the spelling "centre" than the second "cener". https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/center#Pronunciation https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/center#Pronunciation
