- fabiensanglard 7y agoSorry dear compatriot, I wish it was otherwise. If you can find a printer based in Canada, you can use the pdf and print it yourself.

- track_me_now 7y agoalmost $100 to ship cheapest USPS so you don't get dinged brokerage, plus a $4.99 "Handling" fee. The author is trying to share information and he has to fight this nonsense to basically give away his product. super-frustrating...
