- daflksdlsdf 7y agoAmazon isn't using facial recognition in their "grab and go" stores. Predictably, it's somehow worse than that, though.

- gojomo 7y agoI don't think this legislation bans use of face-recognition by individuals & private entities in public. Only by the city agencies themselves.
- filoleg 7y agoWhy not? Afaik outside of the store is a public property, and anyone can set up a camera there and record with zero issues, since recording anything on public property is a fair game.
