The ddos perfomed by Anon is not done by illegaly controlled botnets. The Anonymous are volunteering their own computers for this activity.

    Wikileaks was under DDoS as well, wasn't there any illegal botnets involved?

      Maybe. I don't know much about those who were DDOSing wikileaks, I know more about breaking rules 1 & 2.
