I'm also on the same path, glad to see I'm not the only one. Joined a FAANG after college, the good salary allowed me to start taking up Gestalt Therapy training on the side. This is one of best decisions I've made in my life, I can better allocate the amount of fucks I give per day and live a happier life. I've been slowing overcoming many paralyzing fears. I don't plan to start working as a Therapist in the near future, but the training itself has been life changing and would highly suggest to anyone who's curious about self development.
