I do what others have said - I have domains and use pre-defined (DreamHost, no catch all) addresses different for most sites. I also define a bunch of generic ones I cam reach for on the go. I have about 150 now. Is it worth it? I don't know. It's part of the patchwork of steps I take, better than many people but by no means failsafe.
