Supposing that's true where's the harm there? why should we restrict "speech" because of your colleague's beliefs?

  I am in no way shape or form advocating for restricting speech. I speaking strictly to whether or not he believes it. I believe he believes it. But it's impossible for me to know. I make no assertion other than that.
