If Oracle wins, it logically goes then AWS would not be allowed to provide MongoDB interface to DocumentDB. If I think back in time, Java was just reference implementation of the API. Sun JDK VM being one implementation of it, OpenJDK being the other. By that extension, Google wrote its own VM for it, that worked on mobile phone OS.
