It's an absolutely delicious cheese, but why write this nutritional nonsense about "perfect food"?

- gerardnll 8y agoI'm not sure about a cheese being prescribed as a cure... And also, I'm very tired about all those articles that talk about another new 'miraculous food'.
- goshx 8y agoClick bait.
- lawlorino 8y agoVery true. I've noticed in the past couple of years that the quantity of these kinds of articles on the BBC seems to be increasing, which is a shame because I've long considered them 'above' this kind of journalism. Just looking at their front page it seems over half of the articles are like this. On the other hand, I can understand why - people click and share these kinds of articles much more frequently, so I imagine it makes their advertisers very happy.
- cies 8y agoPromotional piece dressed-up as news, was my thought.
- wenc 8y agoI love my Parmigiano-Reggiano too, but agree, it is not a perfect food (perfect in the sense of "complete"). It doesn't have much fiber for instance.
- cies 8y agoAnd it does have saturated fats and cholesterol more than you'd like.
