That goes for murders just as well, it’s not an argument against fake news or murder being criminal.
- luckylion 8y agoThat's true. "Intent to publish" is probably pretty easy to prove, but "knowledge of falsehood"? Short of lie detector tests (that are questionable iirc), how would one do that?
