It depends on the state. At least here in New York (the state, not the city), school district boundaries have nothing to do with municipal boundaries (which, yeah, adds another layer of confusion!)
- kevin_thibedeau 8y agoThe larger cities and suburbs of New York definitely do have distinct district boundaries that follow the municipal boundary. It's only the smaller communities that expand their draw to township boundaries.
