  TLDR : "Tesla didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. The Justice Department and SEC declined to comment." Edit : I'm not sure about why I'm downvoted. This article behind a paywall doesn't provide much more information than a freely accessible new agency. You would expect more information than just "X didn't respond to a request for comment". I'm denouncing the paywall here.
