Where you can be what you want people to see w/o others knowing what you are That is a nice idea but I'm not sure it will work because consider Stack Overflow: most users there are little more than a number and a geometric shape, as far as what others see, and yet they still felt they needed to formalise a code of conduct based on survey results that certain demographics felt unwelcome.
