Took some major effort to get down to one, i suffered the horrid headaches as you mentioned. It took a while to figure out what was causing it, it was me not having any coffee. Now my coffee machine glares at me each time in the kitchen, but just one in the morning is all i do now :) I buy some lovely beans and just make sure that ONE COFFEE IS GREAT!
