Do people not realize that leave benefits are necessary if you wish to attract high skill workers?
- jl2718 8y agoYou ask a yes/no question where both options indicate acceptance of your premise. Is there a name for this rhetorical device? The premise, however, is wrong. The best workers in any field are not employees.
