Open office is "anti-focus" imo. It's crazy how it even became a thing. Cubicles use up the same amount of space and at least you have some privacy.

- pnw_hazor 8y agoNice cubicles are pretty expensive. Evidence would suggest that companies are willing to harm their employees, reduce productivity, and pay more recruiter fees rather than pay for cubicles.
