      Jessamyn isn’t a random Joe. But any random Joe can in fact make a Wikipedia entry, as long as it comes with verifiable facts, that’s kind of the point of Wikipedia. There are almost a million pages for living people, according to this https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Living_people https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Living_people They’re not all famous, they just usually have publications by them or about them.
