Rental properties, managed by a 3rd-party professional company.
- actsasbuffoon 8y agoThis is an interesting idea. Are there any information sources you'd recommend to people who are curious about this strategy?
- Jemmeh 8y agoCheck out the Bigger Pockets website. The 3rd party managers are called Property Managers. Make sure you look at reviews to find a good one, there are many out there that will end up costing you more than you save. :)
- mdn0420 8y agoYeah, BiggerPockets is a great resource for real estate investing. As with many businesses, it's all about finding the right people and building relationships. Feel free to message me if you'd like to chat more.
- skanga 8y agoManage them yourself. It's not that hard. Otherwise the property management company eats up most of the profits.
